Don Snyder

Background:
Mr. Snyder started as the City of Warrenton Public Works Director on November 18, 2010. Prior to coming to Oregon, Mr. Snyder lived and worked in Arizona. Most recently he owned Snyder Professional Engineering Construction Services (SPECS) LLC, providing construction management for municipal public works projects. He also worked for Superstition Professional Consulting Services doing the same type of professional construction management and consulting. Mr. Snyder worked for the Town of Prescott Valley as the Engineering Division Manager and the Deputy Public Works Director. His career in engineering and public works started with the City of Tempe, Arizona where he worked from 1972 through 2004 in a variety of positions. Don holds a degree in Public Administration from Ottawa University. He also studied Architecture at Arizona State University and Building Construction at the University of Wisconsin.

I came to Warrenton Oregon for both the incredible beauty of the area and the small-town atmosphere. The community has the warm feeling that comes with a small community and presents a wealth of opportunity to bring my years of experience in public works to help Warrenton establish a better infrastructure for roadways and utilities.
