Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Warrenton Urban Renewal Agency, Clatsop County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, will be held at the Warrenton Community Center, 170 SW 3rd Street, Warrenton.  The meeting will take place on the 16th day of May, 2020 at 9:00am.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.  A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 1, 2020 by contacting Warrenton City Hall between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm at (503)861-2233 or by visiting our website at www.ci.warrenton.or.us

A subsequent meeting to discuss the budget, if needed, will be held on May 30, 2020 at 9:00a.m. Please call City Hall to inquire whether this meeting will be held.

These are public meetings where deliberation of the budget committee will take place.  Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the budget committee.  However, in order to maintain social distancing, seating will be limited.  If you would like to provide public comment in writing, rather than appear in person, please contact Dawne Shaw at dshaw@ci.warrenton.or.us or (503)861-0823.  Any written comments must be received prior to 5:00pm on May 15th , 2020 to be entered into the record.
