RFQ – Raw Waterline Replacement Project
Proposals due February 21, 2023 at 2 pm
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms or individuals capable of providing a project scope for the design and bid phase services for the Raw Waterline Replacement Project. This project consists of replacing approximately 4,300 linear feet (LF) of 24-in diameter raw water pipeline. Subsequent project phases will be authorized based on future funding availability and coordination with the City’s Capital Improvements Program.
